Clinical Services

Adult Psychotherapy

For adults at every stage of life.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief or the impact of a significant life transition. Others may be experiencing difficulties in their relationships, adjusting to a clinical diagnosis, feeling overwhelmed by work, or noticing patterns that seem to repeat over time.

Sometimes there isn't a single event that has prompted therapy, but rather a growing sense that something no longer feels quite right.

I work with adults across a broad range of emotional, relational and psychological concerns. Therapy is tailored to your individual experiences, goals and circumstances, recognising that there is no single path into therapy and no one-size-fits-all way of working.

Adolescent Psychotherapy

For adolescents (aged 13-15 years) navigating a significant period of growth and change.

Adolescence often brings new questions about ourselves, our relationships and where we belong. It can also be a time when emotional difficulties become more noticeable or begin to feel overwhelming. I work with adolescents experiencing a range of emotional, relational and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family and peer relationship difficulties, identity, self-esteem and significant life transitions.

Where appropriate, I also work collaboratively with parents or caregivers, recognising the important role they play in supporting young people while maintaining the adolescent's privacy and trust within the therapeutic relationship.
